GetMyFlightCash collects the minimum data necessary to generate your claim package. Here is exactly what we collect, why, and what happens to it.
Data we collect
Flight details you enter (airline, flight number, date, airports, disruption type), your email address (collected by Stripe at checkout), and the eligibility assessment and claim package we generate for you.
How we use it
Your flight details are used exclusively to generate your eligibility assessment and claim package. Your email is used only to associate your payment with your claim. We do not send marketing emails.
Data retention
Claim data is retained so you can access your claim package via its unique link. We do not store boarding passes, booking confirmations, or any uploaded documents. AI processing logs are purged within 24 hours.
Third parties
Payment processing is handled by Stripe (stripe.com/privacy). AI analysis is performed by Anthropic's Claude API. Data is stored in Supabase (hosted on AWS). We do not sell, share, or provide your data to any other third parties.
Your rights
You can request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us. If you are in the EU, you have rights under GDPR including access, rectification, and erasure.

Our documentation follows the strict filing protocols of the UK Civil Aviation Authority and the European Union's 261/2004 mandate.
